True Insights Consulting was founded in 2011 by Clay Osborne, who developed his extensive knowledge and experience by working in a leadership role for a diverse range of organizations.
Clay is the driving force behind True Insights. He brings with him a passion for coaching leaders and facilitating team or individual leadership development with clear, innovative thinking and practice. Using a range of tools and techniques, he works closely with clients to gain insights while identifying gaps and opportunities for breakthrough performance.
Monica Monte is an experienced leader in marketing, customer experience, human resource, and business process management. Helping B2B & B2C organizations generate marketing plans and compelling content strategies. Developed and led successful diversity programs within established corporate and startup organizations.
Rahman Karriem, a result oriented, high performing executive with over 25 years with Fortune 50 company. During his tenure he held leadership positions in Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Human Resources. He facilitated transformational and culture change involving over 100,000 employees.
In addition he has served as the COO of a Community Based nonprofit agency in his hometown where he secured over $10M to provide services to over 10,000 families annually throughout Essex County, NJ.
He holds an Engineering degree (BSE) from Princeton University and is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership.
